V took a couple of photos while I was making dinner last night. The camera ran out of batteries and we didn't have any others charged, so there's no photos with the sexy red peppers from the Nuoc Cham dotting the surface . . .
I have three basil plants growing in my windowsills. :) I haven't gone to cooking school--I just decided one day that I needed to learn to cook good food, since I like to eat good food and couldn't afford to eat out all the time. It's been a growing passion since then.
Windowsill full up with herbs for cooking,lol, my old apartment used to be that way too. I miss all the ethnic foods and gourmet markets that you have when you live in the city. Yeah, eating out in restaurants does get to be outrageously over budget.
